Stephani Grace

Stephani Grace is an author, therapist, and mindfulness coach. She has used self-exploration and meditation to overcome many adversities including addiction and remnants of a traumatic upbringing to live a more vital, inspired and fulfilling life.
Through her personal inner work and with hundreds of her clients, Stephani knows that everyone can experience the freedom of living life as their true self, free from judgment and past conditioning to feel joy and happiness every day. Her recently published book, Creating Real Happiness A to Z, is filled with bite-sized advice and practices to bring you back to your true self.

Kristin Butler has been practicing yoga since 1989 and teaching since 2011. Her offerings consist of a well rounded yoga philosophy and practicum for all levels and ages of students. Her intention is to bring peace, healing and balance to students.
Kristin is a householder yogi, mother to three sons, and understands the balancing act of nurturing self, family, mind and body, with an increasing reverence for the mystical. Her 30+ years yoga practice draws from multiple lineages from Kundalini to Ashtanga, and has evolved to include mudra, mantra, pranayama and an array of meditation techniques.

Located 30 minutes outside of La Paz and nestled between the Coyote Mountains and the Sea of Cortez, Rancho San Lorenzo is a 1,000 acre working ranch and nature sanctuary. With stunning views of the surrounding desert, and overlooking the sacred island of Espiritu Santo, this is truly the idyllic oasis that dreams are made of!
We will be the only group on location during our stay and will have the whole ranch available to us! Wake up each morning surrounded by the breathtaking beauty, take part in the twice-daily meditations and yoga, eat a delicious meal and go explore to your heart's content!



FAQ
What to Bring
Be sure to bring your yoga mat and meditation pillow if you have one! We will have access to trails and sea, so pack accordingly. Swimsuits and hiking boots make for a great fashion statement!
Where to Fly
Please book your flight from your departure City to Cabo San Lucas; plan to arrive by 12PM (noon) on February 20th and to leave AFTER 4PM on Friday, February 24th if possible so we can arrange for group transportation to and from the Ranch.
Travel Insurance
While not required, travel insurance is highly recommended.
What to Bring
Communal Living Best Practices
While there will be so many places to lounge and explore during the day, bedtimes and early mornings will find us living in a large shared space. It's a call for each of us to respect and honor each others' boundaries and treat each other with love.
Drug & Alcohol-Free
This retreat is intentionally free of drugs and alcohol, to allow for a deep and intimate experience with ourselves, with nature and in community. No shame if you love a cerveza with your dinner, however if you require it, this may not be the retreat for you!

We understand that things happen and you may find yourself unable to join us. Some important notes on the cancellation policy:
